Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials Consultant

Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials Consultant | Financial Services | Pennsylvania | Contract | $100 – $130/hr C2C

A well-known financial services organisation headquartered in Pennsylvania is finally pulling the trigger on a transformation they've been planning for some time. They're moving off PeopleSoft, which has been their backbone for HR, payroll, and finance for over a decade, and consolidating onto Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Financials. The business has outgrown PeopleSoft and the cost and complexity of maintaining it has become unsustainable. Oracle Cloud was the clear choice after a thorough evaluation process.
What makes this interesting is the breadth of the programme. On the HCM side you're looking at Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting. On the Financials side it covers General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. There's a real need for someone who can bridge both workstreams or go deep on one while understanding how they connect.
The business operates in a regulated environment so there's a strong emphasis on data integrity, audit trails, and control frameworks throughout the configuration. If you've worked in financial services before you'll know what that means in practice and that experience will be valued here.
What they need:
Solid hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Financials implementation experience
PeopleSoft migration background is highly desirable. Understanding what that data looks like and how it maps across to Fusion will save significant time
Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
Strong documentation skills across functional design, configuration workbooks, and UAT scripts
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints relevant to HR and Finance data flows
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Compliance
Based in Pennsylvania with a hybrid working model. Core hours EST.

Oracle Cloud Solution Architect

Oracle Cloud Solution Architect | Construction & Engineering | Massachusetts | Permanent | $185,000 – $215,000

A well-established construction and engineering business based in Massachusetts with operations spanning the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic is at a major turning point. After years of running a heavily customised Oracle EBS environment that's been holding them back, they've made the commitment to move to Oracle Fusion Cloud and they're building the internal team to own it properly rather than handing it all to a consultancy.

This is a business that operates across general contracting, project delivery, and asset management. Think large-scale commercial builds, infrastructure projects, and long-term maintenance contracts. The complexity of their project accounting, subcontractor management, and multi-entity reporting has pushed their EBS instance well beyond what it was designed to handle and Oracle Cloud is the path forward.

They need a Solution Architect who can come in and own the technical and functional blueprint across the full Fusion landscape. You'll be working directly with the business leadership and a lean internal IT team, with an SI partner supporting delivery. The expectation is that you become the internal authority on how Oracle Cloud is configured, integrated, and scaled for this business long term.

What they're looking for:
Proven Oracle Cloud Solution Architecture experience across ERP, SCM, or Projects
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and the practical realities of migrating customised EBS environments onto Fusion Cloud
Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Project Financials is a significant advantage given the nature of their business
Solid grasp of integration design including OIC, RICEW frameworks, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs
Ability to engage credibly at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on with the detail
Construction, engineering, or project-driven business experience will make you stand out

This is a permanent hire. They want someone invested for the long term, not just for the programme. Salary is $185,000 to $215,000 depending on experience with a strong benefits package including bonus, healthcare, and 401k.

Based in Massachusetts with a hybrid working arrangement.

Trusted by industry leaders

Combining deep market knowledge with modern, data-driven recruitment tools, we are able to access highly specialized professionals that many organizations simply cannot reach.

The recruitment support we received was exceptional. They understood the nuances of global retail - seasonality, supply chain complexity, and rapid store expansion - and ensured the candidates had hands-on Oracle Cloud implementation experience in similar environments. Their ability to quickly source bilingual consultants and individuals with previous international deployment experience saved us months of ramp-up time.

Chief Technology Officer, International Retail Group

We required niche expertise - including an Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect, EPM Consolidation Specialists, Data Migration Leads, Security & Controls Consultants, and professionals with experience of FCA-regulated environments. What differentiated this recruitment partner was their ability to identify consultants who not only understood Oracle Cloud functionality but also regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and financial controls.

Head of Finance Transformation, UK-Based Financial Services Firm

Given the regulatory complexity of the utilities sector, we also needed strong governance, risk, and asset management integration. Every hire they have supported us with delivered immediate value. Their network of pre-vetted Oracle Cloud professionals significantly reduced our mobilisation time and de-risked the programme. Quite simply, their expertise was invaluable in ensuring our transformation stayed on track.
